When your goal is to lose weight, cooking at home is often your only option. With restaurants serving food filled with saturated fat and sugar, the calling for a home cooked dish has never been greater. Hopefully some of the following recipes will help you stay fit and healthy.

Boiled Chicken Stir Fry: One of the easiest dishes you can make, and it's super healthy. *Yields 2

Ingredients:

1 small chicken breast (sliced)
6 carrot sticks (chopped)
4 mushrooms (chopped)
2 miniature yellow squashes (sliced)
1/2 cup broccoli/cauliflower
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tbsp agave nectar
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions: Add olive to a pan on high. Let sit until the oil is heated. Stir in the chickens and broccoli, and then add in the other vegetables. Let cook until nearly cooked through. Add the chicken. Fry all ingredients while gradually adding in the agave and hot sauce. Cook until the chicken is white all the way through. Enjoy!
